Become a Patient and Family Advisor at Antelope Valley Medical Center!

Are you passionate about improving healthcare, and have ideas to improve the patient care experience? Join us as a Patient and Family Advisor and make a real difference!

Patient and Family Advisors share their experiences as patients or family members at AVMC, providing invaluable feedback to enhance patient care. You’ll work alongside doctors, nurses, and administrators, contributing just 1 to 4 hours a month to make a significant impact.

What Will You Do?

• Share your story to inspire and guide improvements.
• Engage in discussions and help shape our services.
• Create and review patient information material.
• Participate in projects that enhance patient care.

Who Can Be a Patient and Family Advisor?

• If you or a loved one received care at Antelope Valley Medical Center in the past five years, you are eligible to apply.
• No special qualifications are needed—your unique experience is what matters most.
• We’ll provide all the training you need.
