  • What is the difference between dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?
  • What are the stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?
  • Are there treatments available for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?

  • What are the current areas of research on dementia?

"Statistics show the Antelope Valley has the highest Alzheimer’s disease death rate in Los Angeles County," said Dr. Girion. "We want to educate local residents about this important issue and provide them with the tools to cope with this debilitating disease."
