Antelope Valley Medical Center Chief Executive Officer Named CEO of the Year

Antelope Valley Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer, Edward Mirzabegian has been honored with the prestigious CEO of the Year award from the Association of California Healthcare Districts during their 2023 Annual Meeting.

Under Edward’s visionary leadership, Antelope Valley Medical Center has experienced remarkable growth and advancements in healthcare services. Mr. Mirzabegian has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to the Antelope Valley community.

Antelope Valley Medical Center is a facility of the Antelope Valley Healthcare District (AVHD). As a member of the Association of California Healthcare Districts (ACHD), the AVHD is 1 of 76 healthcare districts across the state of California. Healthcare Districts meet the needs of communities with severe health care provider shortages, uninsured Californians, low-income seniors, adults, and children through Medi-Cal, and underserved populations.
