When Seconds Count: Life-Saving Care is Close to Home
Antelope Valley Medical Center (AVMC) knows that every minute counts when it comes to heart attacks and stroke, which is why we are ready to act quickly. AVMC is an Accredited Chest Pain Center, an official STEMI (ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction) Receiving Center and an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, which means the facility has the equipment, infrastructure, staff, and training programs needed to quickly diagnose and treat patients presenting with acute stroke or heart attack.
