Home Health Care Services Funding
Payment is usually provided by private Insurance Companies/HMOs, Medicare, or Medi-Cal. Benefits and requirements vary with individual insurance plans. Our staff can assist you by verifying and/or arranging for your insurance to coordinate benefits.
Access to Home Health Care
Anyone can request home health care services for a person who is unable to take care of their own medical needs. However, a physician must feel the service is necessary and beneficial for the patient; an order from the physician is required.
Antelope Valley Home Care is accredited by The Joint Commission, and a facility of Antelope Valley Medical Center.
A patient need not be hospitalized to be eligible for home health care.
